Indian Mr. Universe 1985…Mr. Prem Chand

wow. This guy looks exactly like my He Man action figurine. So cute! And useful too. If you ever got stranded on a small desert island with him you could club him over the head and barbecue him….I think that should last for a good month and a half…

    PREM CHAND DOGRA IS AN AMAZING PERSONALITY.HE IS THE IDOL FOR EVERY INDIAN BODYBUILDER.

    mr universe. mr p.chand dogra g is an ideal for indian bodybuilders . sir i m also big fan of urs. if u remember i was meet u in mohali at shivalik public school, i need ur help , i wanaa became mr olympia, sir pls trained me ,it is my passion and all , sir help me to teach and gave me advise, thanks

    Padmasri Awardy Mr. Prem Chand Degra was winner of Mr. Universe in the year-1988. His first national competition was National competition in the year-1979 held at Darjiling-

    1952- Mr.Monohar Aich(London)-Professional

    Last Mr Universe from India -1988- Padmasri Prem Chand Degra-(Australia)

    After Mr.Degra no Indian bodybuilders were entered in the top 5 in the official Mr.Universe . Mr.Degra’s others achivement are–Mr.India-9times ,Mr.Asia 6times

    first & only Indian bodybuilder who was qualified to participate in the Mr.Olympia the ultimate b.b.competition in 1989(no position)
    I fill proud that I have competed with Degra in his first National competition in the year 1979 at Darjiling,W.B. I would like to take opportunity to convey my regards to Mr Degra .
